Terms & Conditions

By using Starks (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By initializing a connection with Starks OpsOS or accessing our automated infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Starks. If you are operating on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these protocols.

2. Infrastructure Usage & Restrictions

Starks grants you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to deploy automation nodes within our ecosystem. You agree not to utilize the platform for any illicit activity, including but not limited to: unauthorized penetration testing, the deployment of malicious code, or any action that compromises the stability of our global edge network.

3. Data Sovereignty & Security Handshakes

We operate on a "Security-First" principle. Starks utilizes AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. While we provide the architectural safeguards, the security of your account credentials and API keys remains your sole responsibility. Any breach caused by user-side negligence does not constitute a failure of the Starks security protocol.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive for 99.9% system availability across our global infrastructure. However, Starks reserved the right to perform scheduled maintenance for critical performance patches and infrastructure hardening. We will provide advance notice for any planned downtime that may impact your active production pipelines.

5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in the Starks platform—including its visual interface, custom shaders, and proprietary execution layers—remain our exclusive property. Your specific workflow configurations, custom scripts, and processed data remain yours. By using Starks, you grant us the limited right to process this data strictly for the execution of your requested operations.

6. Liability & Termination of Service

Starks shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime or data loss. We reserve the right to terminate access to any node or account that violates our operational protocols. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Starks is registered.
